Among many more employee engagement activities & celebrations, the DHC Mega Blood Donation Drive is the closest to our heart. 
This year was no different. The excitement & energy in our growing team was at its peak. From planning to execution the project was wonderfully led by HR Sapna Dhanure. Complete paperless registrations & data management, organized committees & responsibilities, special care for the donors & attendee engagement was amazingly handled by the entire team.
Team events make the workplace exciting, increase team bonding, encourage effective communication & foster a positive environment.The feeling of “giving” & doing our bit for the society is experienced by each of us. Though the day was exhausting it was highly satisfying. As we excelled in our goal for this event, there’s no doubt how we will continuously excel in our business goals!
